and forms no part of the overall cost of this order. Qualdoors Ltd. is not party to the Warranty in any way. To make a claim against this Warranty, or for any queries regarding it, the Purchaser must contact QualdoorsLtd in the first place and then manufacturer will be involved.
General All-Purpose Plastics (GAP) undertake to warrant their PVCu Window and Door profiles for a period of:

10-year guarantee for white and coloured door sash, outerframe &double-glazed unit.

5-year guarantee for sideframe profile & sideframe glass.

5-year guarantee for locking mechanisms.

2-year guarantee for all door furniture.

All service issues must be provided with photographic evidence & door production number.

All doors/windows must be fitted in accordance with manufacturer Installation guidelines.
Please note failure to handle or apply the profile, sealed units, furniture and panel products in compliance with the relevant/approved instructions, specifications or guidelines, may result in all or part of the Warranties being null or void.(Guidance supplied on Qualdoors Ltd website)
Guarantees
Sealed Unit (Double Glazing) Guarantee
Qualdoors Ltd. (“the Guarantor”) hereby guarantees all sealed unit components against visible condensation inside the sealed unit for the duration of 5 years from the first date of delivery.
Covered is the cost of re-supplying an identical or comparable sealed unit to replace a sealed unit that is proven to have visible condensation inside it. This includes the cost of transport of any such sealed unit to the customer’s original delivery address providing that this is within the territorial scope of this Guarantee. It does not cover the cost of installation of the sealed unit and does not cover the cost of removing and/or collection of the defective sealed unit. Consequential costs or losses are not covered.
The term ‘visible condensation’ as used in the Guarantee refers to water droplets forming against the inside surfaces of the panes of glass that are at least 0.5mm in diameter.
Conditions
Any claim must be made in writing and accompanied with a proof of purchase, details of failure and photographic evidence of failure.
The products must have been correctly installed and only subject to normal domestic use and maintenance. This includes ensuring that drainage holes are kept free of obstruction and that packers are used underneath the sealed unit to hold the sealed unit up from the bottom of the sash.
No Guarantee is offered on products subject to abuse, negligence, improper use, modifications or attachment to equipment other than our own.
INSURANCE COMPANY – We want our customers protected against any eventuality, which is why our guarantee is insurance backed by the guarantee specialists IWA, all at no extra cost to you.

We guarantee free delivery and fit service to the following London boroughs:
Brent, Harrow, Ealing, Hillingdon, Barnet, Hounslow, Haringey, Richmond upon Thames, Kingston upon Thames, Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster, Camden, Islington, Hackney
Also, we are covering Hertfordshire area:
Watford, St Albans, Hemel Hampstead, Hertford, Luton.
If you would like to take advantage of our Installation Service, then please click on the drop-down box above. Using the drop-down boxes, please choose any additional items you may like (such as letterbox, knocker etc). Don’t forget to choose weather you’d like us to install your door or not.
The installation service is only available in the above-mentioned boroughs.
If you have decided to have your door installed by us, you will only pay for the door chosen. Following this, you will be contacted to arrange a survey and ascertain if you need any other accessories. Under normal conditions the survey should not take longer than 20min and the surveyor will answer any questions and discuss any special requirements you may have. They will measure your door and advise you how they will take your old door out, how the new door will be fitted. Once all is clear and understood, the surveyor will complete a form which details the previous purchase you have made (the door on our website) and the additional items (if any) agreed with you. The grand total will be agreed, and you will sign the form confirming this. Once you have made the rest of the payment, resulting from any additional you might require, the office will email you (or phone you) to agree a delivery and install date.
We will then arrive on the installation date and fit your brand-new door!
Once you have your door, and it’s fitted, and all relating works completed you will be issued with a warranty.
When we leave, we’ll take your old door and frame and dispose of it, at no extra cost to you.
Supply only (installation of door not included)
If you wish to purchase your door on a supply only basis, you will need to complete the drop-down boxes above, this allows you to choose how you’d like your new door to look. Once this is completed, follow the instructions on screen to complete the purchasing process. You will then receive an email confirming of your purchase and someone will contact you to discuss the delivery schedule.
For all orders placed inside/outside our fitting area detailed above, for a better understanding of your requirement, the office will contact you and you will need to confirm the details of your door. This will be done/confirmed via email in order to avoid confusion.
