Guarantees

White Profile & Foil Wrapped PVC-U Profile

Qualdoors is pleased to offer the following guarantee on
all PVC-U Window Frames, Double Glazed Units, Furniture
& Hardware.

PVC-U Window Frames

White & Standard Foiled Qualdoors Windows and Doorsare guaranteed for 10 years from date of installation against discolouration, warping and cracking if installed in accordance with recommended guidelines. Standard colours include White, Rosewood, Mahogany, Light Oak, Irish Oak, Black, Grey, Cream and White Foil. Metallic Foils carry a 7 ½ year guarantee.

Double Glazed Units

Double glazed units supplied by Qualdoors are guaranteed for 5 years from date of installation against condensation or dust collection within the double glazed units if installed in accordance with recommended guidelines.

Furniture & Hardware

Furniture & Hardware (including locking mechanisms and hinges) supplied by Qualdoors are guaranteed for 1 years from date of installation against structural defects and manufacturing faults if installed in accordance with recommended guidelines. Surface finish on all furniture carries a 1 year guarantee.

Terms & Conditions of Guarantee

This Guarantee will only apply to defects appearing within the above timeframes from the date of installation and where notification in writing of such defects is received by Qualdoors within 28 days of the defect appearing. The sole and exclusive remedy with regard to the above Guarantee
is limited to the repair or replacement of the Profiles, Glass, Hardware or Furniture at Qualdoors discretion. Qualdoors does not make any other representations or guarantees and in no event shall Qualdoors be liable for any other loss or subsequent damage whether direct or indirect (including but not limited to the cost of installation). Claims in respect of this guarantee will only be met when
accompanied by proof of purchase and following inspection and approval by Qualdoors. In addition to the foregoing Qualdoors standard terms of business shall apply. This Guarantee shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts only. This Guarantee does not affect the statutory rights of consumers.

Supply and Fit Services

We guarantee free delivery and fit service to the following London boroughs:

Brent, Harrow, Ealing, Hillingdon, Barnet, Hounslow, Haringey, Richmond upon Thames, Kingston upon Thames, Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster, Camden, Islington, Hackney

Also, we are covering Hertfordshire area:

Watford, St Albans, Hemel Hampstead, Hertford, Luton.

If you would like to take advantage of our Installation Service, then please click on the drop-down box above. Using the drop-down boxes, please choose any additional items you may like (such as letterbox, knocker etc). Don’t forget to choose weather you’d like us to install your door or not.

The installation service is only available in the above-mentioned boroughs.

If you have decided to have your door installed by us, you will only pay for the door chosen. Following this, you will be contacted to arrange a survey and ascertain if you need any other accessories. Under normal conditions the survey should not take longer than 20min and the surveyor will answer any questions and discuss any special requirements you may have. They will measure your door and advise you how they will take your old door out, how the new door will be fitted. Once all is clear and understood, the surveyor will complete a form which details the previous purchase you have made (the door on our website) and the additional items (if any) agreed with you. The grand total will be agreed, and you will sign the form confirming this. Once you have made the rest of the payment, resulting from any additional you might require, the office will email you (or phone you) to agree a delivery and install date.

We will then arrive on the installation date and fit your brand-new door!

Once you have your door, and it’s fitted, and all relating works completed you will be issued with a warranty.

When we leave, we’ll take your old door and frame and dispose of it, at no extra cost to you.

Supply only (installation of door not included)

If you wish to purchase your door on a supply only basis, you will need to complete the drop-down boxes above, this allows you to choose how you’d like your new door to look. Once this is completed, follow the instructions on screen to complete the purchasing process. You will then receive an email confirming of your purchase and someone will contact you to discuss the delivery schedule.

For all orders placed inside/outside our fitting area detailed above, for a better understanding of your requirement, the office will contact you and you will need to confirm the details of your door. This will be done/confirmed via email in order to avoid confusion.
